1. Operator and acceptance

WOS Helper is operated by [LEGAL NAME OR OPERATOR NAME], located at [REGISTERED ADDRESS OR COUNTRY] (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].

By creating an account or using WOS Helper, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

WOS Helper provides player and alliance management, attendance rosters, Foundry and Canyon planning, evaluations, statistics, growth histories, data imports, image exports and administrative tools for Whiteout Survival communities.

The service is provided at [PRODUCTION DOMAIN]. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed as the project evolves.

3. Accounts and permissions

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
  • Administrative, R5 and R4 permissions must be used only for legitimate alliance-management purposes.
  • Users with elevated permissions must not access, alter or disclose information beyond what is necessary for their role.
  • Notify us promptly at [SECURITY CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Player data and imports

Authorized users may add or import player names, IDs, aliases, alliance membership, troop levels, heroes, power, kills, labyrinth levels, attendance, evaluations, labels and related planning information.

The person initiating an import confirms that they are permitted to provide and use the source data. Spreadsheet and Supabase integrations remain subject to the terms and permissions of their respective providers. WOS Helper does not guarantee that imported or third-party data is complete, current or accurate.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • access another person’s account or exceed the permissions assigned to you;
  • use player data to harass, threaten, impersonate, dox or otherwise harm another person;
  • upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or misleading content;
  • probe, disrupt or bypass security, authentication, rate limits or access controls;
  • use automated tools in a way that degrades the service or violates a third party’s terms;
  • resell or commercially exploit the service or its data without written permission.

6. User content and exports

You retain responsibility for content you submit, including labels, aliases, evaluations, attendance reasons and planning assignments. You grant us the limited permission necessary to store, process and display that content for operating WOS Helper.

Exported planning images are coordination aids. You are responsible for reviewing them before sharing and for deciding who may receive them.

7. Whiteout Survival and third-party services

WOS Helper is an independent community tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Century Games, Whiteout Survival or their owners. Third-party names, trademarks and game assets belong to their respective owners.

The service may interact with infrastructure or data sources supplied by [HOSTING, DATABASE AND INTEGRATION PROVIDERS]. Their own terms may also apply.

8. Availability and accuracy

WOS Helper is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Statistics, evaluations, alliance assignments and imported information may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. You should verify important decisions independently. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, preservation of every record or compatibility with every device.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data or infrastructure; respond to unlawful activity; enforce these Terms; or discontinue the service. Account and data deletion requests can be sent to [PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL], subject to applicable retention obligations.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from unavailable, inaccurate, deleted or improperly shared data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through [NOTICE METHOD, SUCH AS IN-APP NOTICE OR EMAIL]. The date at the top identifies the current version.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING COUNTRY OR JURISDICTION], without limiting any mandatory rights available to users. Any competent court is determined under applicable law.

Questions may be sent to [CONTACT EMAIL].
